One of the first announcements to come from the Nintendo pre-E3 press conference was the Wii Zapper, a light-gun shell which houses the Wii-mote and Nunchuck controllers to create a fully functional gun peripheral complete with analogue stick.

Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime announced several titles that will be compatible with the new peripheral, including Capcom’s Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, SEGA’s Ghost Squad, Medal of Honor Wii and a yet to be announced title from Nintendo.

The Wii Zapper will carry a retail price of $19.99 and will also be bundled with selected Nintendo software.
