MCV reports that Nintendo’s Wii Sports Resort, which is bundled with the Wii MotionPlus accessory, has sold over 1.5 million units.
Nintendo has confirmed that the game has racked up sales of over 600,000 units across Europe since its July 24 debut. Elsewhere over 500,000 units have been sold in the US, with the figure said to be similar in Japan.
The game has thus far spent two weeks at the top of the UK All Formats video game chart and it would come as no great surprise to see the game hold on for a third-week come Monday.
