Final Fantasy XV's next episodic DLC is set to land on December 13, which isn't far away. So to mark the occasion Square Enix has released a trailer showing off its first three minutes.
The footage was released as part of the English language live stream last night celebrating a year since the RPG was released. The footage shows how Ignis met Noctis before they began their travels in the game, as well as a little bit of action from when the gang first get split up to kick off the DLC.
A few other tidbits of information also came out from the Japanese stream as reported by RPG Site, including the fact that this isn't likely to be the last piece of episodic DLC for the game, with the game's director Hajime Tabata looking at other characters to build more around in 2018. The first is likely to be Arydn, but the team are well aware of fan requests to find out more about Luna too.
And of course, all this is in addition to yesterday's news about the ability to swap between the four characters, which will be part of a patch to the main game that won't require the DLC.
