Watch Dogs will release on Wii U on November 21, Ubisoft has announced. The Wii U port follows six months after the game’s debut on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
The Wii U GamePad will be used to display an interactive map of Chicago, with the game also featuring support for Off-TV Play. The Wii U version is being developed by Ubisoft Bucharest in collaboration with Ubisoft Montreal.
Footage of the Wii U version has yet to be revealed.
Watch Dogs smashed records when it released earlier this year becoming the fastest-selling new IP of all time. That record, however, appears to have been snatched by Destiny, which sold in over $500m worth of stock to retailers on its first day.
The first major piece of DLC, Watch Dogs: Bad Blood, launches to Season Pass owners on PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC on September 23. It has not yet been confirmed for release on Wii U.
