PS4 and Xbox One gamers will enjoy a Watch Dogs experience on a par with the “High Settings” of the PC version, creative director Jonathan Morin has revealed on Twitter.

Obviously it’s also likely that PC gamers will benefit from a higher resolution, with PS4 running at 900p and Xbox One at 792p.

PC gamers with a top end CPU and GPU will also be able to go one step further and play on Ultra Settings. For this you’ll require at least an Intel Core i7-4770K with a GeForce 780, says Morin.

Furthermore, Morin confirmed that the PC version will run on a PC with only 4GB of RAM, but may struggle unless the system is equipped with the recommended 6GB.

A proposed minimum spec is:

CPU: IntelCore 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz or AMDPhenom II X4 940 3.0Ghz

Memory: 6GB RAM

Video Card: 1024 VRAM DirectX 11 Shader 5.0

Sound Card: DirectX9

Hard Disk: 25 GB

Watch Dogs launches May 27, which is also the day you’ll be able to read our review.
