Following Raven Software’s release of the Warzone Season 1 Reloaded update for MW3, several fans have gone on social media to call out the battle royale developer for releasing their “worst update ever.” Though the sudden wave of outrage may seem excessive to some, this avalanche of complaints isn’t exactly surprising since the newly introduced patch has somehow introduced several bugs to the CoD battle royale, including “distorted geography, disabled nukes,” and many other frustrating issues.

In addition, Raven Software has also rolled back a crucial part of the MW3 Season 1 Reloaded patch notes. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the battle royale’s development team revealed that they “decided to temporarily disable the new Champion’s Quest feature.” However, they have promised that they’ll reenable it “at the earliest possible opportunity,” though when this will be remains unclear.

The developers added: “At the moment, the current state of the update does not meet our standards for quality and gameplay, and we are committed to addressing the issues promptly to ensure that all players can enjoy Warzone to the fullest extent possible. Our goal is always to provide a smooth and seamless experience.” Unfortunately, the fans haven’t met Raven Software’s statement with the same positivity.

Below the same post, one player commented: “This has got to be the worst update you guys have ever dropped, and that’s saying something.” At the same time, another user rhetorically suggested: “[Maybe] test your game before you roll a midseason update out? Thoughts?” Raven Software has yet to announce when it will release a patch addressing these latest issues. However, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as soon as they’ve confirmed it.
