Velocity 2X will release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on September 3, Futurlab has announced.
The game will be available as Cross-Buy, meaning you’ll only need to purchase the game on one format to receive access to both versions.
Described as a “sci-fi platformer and shoot ’em-up in one”, Velocity expands on the original shmup gameplay by introducing puzzle-platform sequences that the player is able to seamlessly weave between.
A price has yet to be confirmed.
