Uplay PC 4.0 will launch for all members in October 2013, Ubisoft has announced.
The headline new feature is the integration of Twitch, allowing players to broadcast their in-game videos and share with friends.
The updated service also promises an improved download manager with progression game downloads and the auto-patching of games. A new social wall has also been added to keep users up to date on the activities of friends.
In addition, Ubisoft has confirmed that Uplay will be available at launch for Xbox One and PS4. All of Ubisoft’s next-gen games – Assassin’s Creed 4, Just Dance 2014, The Crew and Watch Dogs – will feature support for the service.
