Mildly hyped role-playing platformer Unepic will release on the Wii U eShop this Thursday, January 23, Nintendo has confirmed.
The £8.99 game takes place in a castle of medieval fantasy and stars Daniel, a normal guy who loves video games, sci-fi movies and role-playing games.
In the middle of a role-playing game with his friends, Daniel is teleported to a castle and thinks that he is having a massive hallucination. Daniel is possessed by a shadow which cannot control him, but it can speak to him. The shadow can only escape if the hero dies, so it constantly lies, giving false clues to point Daniel towards his death.
Joining Unepic on the eShop is NES Virtual Console title Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels.
