Speaking to the US PlayStation Blog, Naughty Dog creative director Amy Hennig has revealed the developer has plans for Uncharted beyond the release of the imminent sequel, confirming that Uncharted 2: Among Thieves “doesn’t conclude” the story.
“Our expectation with Uncharted is that it can be an ongoing franchise as long as people want more of it. All these stories are self-contained enough to play the last one to play this one – obviously you can get a bit more out of it if you have,” said Hennig.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is scheduled for release across Europe on October 16 for PS3. Look out for our review next week.
