Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will release on PS4 on March 18, 2016, Sony has announced.
The game will be available in three different physical editions, including the Standard Edition, Special Edition and the Libertalia Collector’s Edition.
The Special Edition includes a collectible steelbook case featuring exclusive artwork, a 48-page art book, Naughty Dog & Pirate Sigil sticker sheet, and some Naughty Dog Points, which appear to be a currency used to “unlock new multiplayer content and character upgrades”. You can take a look at what it looks like below.
The Libertalia Collector’s Edition, meanwhile, includes everything included in the Special Edition plus a 12″ statue of Nathan Drake, three multiplayer outfits and caps, custom weapon skins, sidekick outfits, a taunt, and an Uncharted 4 dynamic theme.
Prices for either of the special editions have yet to be announced.
A pair of digital SKUs will also be available, including the Digital Standard Edition which contains a range of bonus digital content, and the Digital Deluxe Edition which offers access to the Uncharted 4 Triple Pack containing single-player story DLC and two additional multiplayer packs.
Again, a price for either digital edition has yet to be confirmed. For more info on the full range of content, head through to PlayStation Blog.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End had previously been due to launch later this year, but was delayed to offer Naughty Dog more time to meet the “high standards that gamers have come to expect”.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, meanwhile, which includes all three previous PS3 games remastered in 1080p/60fps, is due to arrive on PS4 early next month.
