GfK ChartTrack reports that Nintendo’s Wii Sports has held onto the No.1 spot, with sales up by 6 per cent over its debut week.

Nintendo also claims the No.2 spot with Wii Fit, followed by Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 at No.3, Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince at No.4 and Fight Night Round 4 at No.5. Activision-Blizzard’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen drops to No.6, The Sims 3 climbs to No.7, THQ’s UFC 2009: Undisputed fights its way back up to No.8, EA Sports Active is at No.9 and Ubisoft’s Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood completes the Top 10.

The week’s only new release to make the Top 40 is Disney’s movie-tie in G-Force at No.26.

Expect Codemasters’ Ashes Cricket 2009 to make a solid entry in next week’s chart, although it’ll take something special to dislodge Wii Sports Resort. Also out on Friday is EA’s G.I. Joe, which thanks to its multi-format blitz should do well.
