GfK ChartTrack reports that 2K’s Mafia II has held on at the top of All Format All Prices UK video game chart, despite a 23 per cent drop in sales.
Snapping at Mafia’s heels is Kane & Lynch 2: Dogs Days at No.2, followed by Wii Sports Resort at No.3, Toy Story 3 at No.4 and Red Dead Redemption at No.5.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior continues to defy critics at No.8, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands jumps up to No.9 and Ubisoft’s HAWX 2 is a new entry at No.10.
Nintendo’s Metroid: Other M is the week’s big surprise, failing to chart inside the Top 10. The Team Ninja developed action title has to settle for No.12, while Nintendo’s other new release, Tetris Party Deluxe, is new at No.23.
Friday’s new releases include RUSE, HAWX 2 (PC and PS3), Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions, Ninety Nine Nights 2 and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep.
