Blood Money makes the No.1 spot on every release format, topping the Xbox 360, Xbox, PS2, and PC charts, meaning it sits proudly atop the All Formats Top 40. Hitman gives Eidos its second All Formats chart topper this year, along with Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend.

Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis looks to have reaped the rewards of its lower than normal retail price, entering the chart at No.3, and with positive reviews and good word of mouth it should prove an unlikely success for the GTA publisher. The rest of the new entries include Super Princess Peach at No.25 and Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends at No.30.

Those pesky movie tie-ins each saw a boost in sales, with X-Men up 65% on the previous week, and The Da Vinci Code moving up four places thanks to a 67% gain. With X-Men only appearing at cinemas this week, the mutants should continue to ride high in the chart for a while to come.

This week Half-Life 2: Episode One finally makes its way to retail and Steam, and could well challenge Hitman and FIFA at the top of the chart. Other new releases include Tourist Trophy on the PS2, World Poker Tour on the PSP, and Final Fantasy IV on the GBA.
