Hitman is still gunning down the opposition

There’s nothing exciting to report this week, with Hitman still holding strong at the top. Tomb Raider: Legend saw a 16% rise in sales and moves up one place to third, followed by X-Men: The Official Game and Animal Crossing. The Sims 2 managed a 30% sales increase catapulting the game from No.9 to No.6.

New chart entries come from Half-Life 2: Episode One at No.7 and Tourist Trophy entering the chart in its second week on release at No.13. Super Princess Peach for the DS, which entered the chart at No.25 last week, managed to rise ten places to No.15.

This week’s new releases in with a chance of challenging for the top spot include THQ’s MotoGP 06 for the Xbox 360, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend for the PSP, Brain Training on the Nintendo DS, and Sensible Soccer 2006 for PS2, Xbox and PC.
