Crytek’s EA published Crysis 3 spends a second week at No.1 despite a 43 per cent drop in sales week on week.

FIFA 13 moves back up to No.2, meaning last week’s No.2, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, is booted down a place to No.3 – sales down 60 per cent week on week. Black Ops 2 is a non-mover at No.4, with Far Cry 3 up to two places to No.5.

Former No.1, Aliens Colonial Marines, continues its decline with a 55 per cent drop seeing it place at No.7.

Elsewhere, Namco Bandai’s Ni No Kuni re-enters the chart at No.25.

A quiet week for games looks to be the perfect set up for Eidos’ well-reviewed Tomb Raider reboot, which hits stores on Tuesday. Expect Lara to return to the top of the chart with the biggest debut of the year so far.

Also coming to stores are 3DS adventure Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirrors of Fate and EA’s SimCity – the latter likely to see its chart position hampered by strong digital sales.
