Chart Track reports that the top 3 games in the All Formats All Prices chart are all non-movers, with Call of Duty: World at War sales up 2 per cent, Mario Kart Wii up by 1 per cent and FIFA 09 down by 1 per cent.

Call of Duty holds the lead this week by 27,000 units over Mario Kart Wii, and history certainly favours Activision’s multi-format monster; Nintendo hasn’t enjoyed a Christmas No.1 since Zelda: Ocarina of Time ten years ago on the Nintendo 64.

There are no new entries that make the Top 40, but there are some strong climbers: Lego Indiana Jones sales are up 31 per cent to No.11, Sonic Unleashed saw a 87 per cent gain and jumps to No.12, Quantum of Solace is up 53 per cent to No.13 and LittleBigPlanet records a 58 per cent sales boost and climbs to No.16 – enough for the top spot in the PS3 chart.

Check back next week to find out which game will claim the coveted Christmas No.1.
