Ubisoft has announced that its voice-controlled RTS EndWar is making its way to handhelds this November, only without the voice controls.

Developed by Funatics Software, EndWar for handhelds will allow players to command an elite military force on the ground, in the air and on the seas during World War III. Take control of the elite U.S. Joint Strike Force, European Enforcers Corps or Russian Spetsnaz Guards Brigade and lead your faction to victory.

Players will have three separate yet interwoven single-player campaigns to progress through, each featuring over 30 battle scenarios taking place on real-world battlefields including Paris and London. In addition players will be able to use their handheld’s wireless functionality to challenge a friend in any of the 100 ready-to-play scenarios or in a custom mission.

While DS players will have to make do with traditional controls, the DS version will sport full stylus control.

The games are confirmed for a November 4 debut in North America. We’re waiting on Ubisoft for confirmation of a European release date – the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are confirmed for November 7.
