Speaking in a video that was posted on the PlayStation Blog, Eat Sleep Play co-founder David Jaffe announced that Twisted Metal will be launching on Valentines day 2012.
A European date has yet to be revealed, but the EU PlayStation Blog has confirmed via Twitter that it will also be in February.
In the video, Jaffe also teases an upcoming story trailer for the new doll face character, which will hit the web next week.
“Yes, I’m going to show a teaser of a trailer, which is absolutely absurd, but that’s what we’re doing.” said Jaffe.
Twisted Metal was originally due for release in October, but was then pushed back into early 2012 to give the game the “extra time needed to polish the demented baby until it shines.”
