Double Fine’s Xbox LIVE Arcade title Trenched has been delayed in Europe, with distribution cited for the hiccup.

Xbox UK’s Daniel Maher said on Twitter: “Official line on Trenched’s delay is, ‘Unexpected challenges with distribution in some European regions.’ Shouldn’t take long!”

Microsoft is working to resolve the problem.

When the game eventually appears on the UK store it will be priced 1200 MS Points. Upon purchasing you’ll be fighting against an invading alien force as part of the Mobile Trench Brigade, a group of humans levelling the playing field through the use of giant customisable mechs.
