DS Fanboy reports that the latest issue of Nintendo Power magazine has revealed Atlus is working on a sequel to the popular Nintendo DS title Trauma Center.
Titled Under the Knife 2, the sequel will see the return of Dr Stiles and Nurse Angie Thompson, this time having to deal with the effect of the defeated GUILT Virus. There’s no info on what new surgical instruments we’ll be able to slice patients up with, but the magazine does state the game will feature “improved functionality”.
There’s also talk of a new mode designed to help players who have unsteady hands.
Expect Atlus to make a formal announcement fairly soon, with the game scheduled for a North American release this summer.
