Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is now available to download on PS4 and Xbox One – even though it has never been officially announced.

The two new versions are currently only available to download in Australia, although it isn’t yet clear how they’ve been enhanced for current-gen platforms. It does, however, contain three DLC packs – the Multiplayer Havoc Pack, DINOBOT Destructor Pack and Massive Fury Pack. It’s available on PS4 for $49.95 AUD (£29) and Xbox One for $69.95 (£41).

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron was rated for PS4 and Xbox One by the Taiwanese Ratings Board back in June. The game first launched on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC back in 2012.

Activision has yet to announce a current-gen port.

UPDATE: The game is now available on PS4 and Xbox One in the UK, priced £29.99 on PlayStation Store and £39.99 on Xbox Store. I’m not sure why there’s a difference in price, though…
