Posting over on the Tomb Raider Forums Eidos’ Jay Walker has confirmed that Tomb Raider: Underworld – Beneath the Ashes, the first of two planned DLC levels, will be released for Xbox 360 on February 24.
“Got fantastic news,” said Walker. “Beneath the Ashes has passed all testing at Microsoft and has been given a confirmed release date of the 24th February 2009.”
He later added that the DLC will come in at approximately 948MB, while Lara’s Shadow, which is scheduled for March 10, is a little larger at 1.07GB.
Walker also revealed that the first DLC will be accompanied by a new title update, which promises to fix a host of bugs – details of which can be found here.
