This pretty much completes the set. Legend is out now on PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and PC, and the PSP and GameCube versions have already been announced. How exactly the graphical splendour of the home console versions will translate to the Nintendo handhelds isn’t clear, but Eidos say they will “faithfully capture the detail and breadth” of the game.

There are a host of new and exciting features for Lara on the Nintendo platforms,” said Eidos’ Kathryn Clements. “With the stunning graphics of the original games optimised to Nintendo’s platforms, Legend will further extend the reach of the Lara universe.

The DS and GBA versions should be released in the autumn.
