THQ’s critically acclaimed MotoGP series will return this year with MotoGP ’07 for Xbox 360 and PC.

The latest instalment will feature the complete 2007 MotoGP season, including the newly-announced Misano event, and an improved “race day” experience, said to capture the excitement and spectacle of a live MotoGP event.

MotoGP ’07 will also include all-new bikes (800cc), tracks and enhanced customisation options building on the Extreme mode which enables players to race on city streets the world over. In addition to a comprehensive single-player game, MotoGP ’07 will feature a rich online game with tournaments and online pink-slip racing.

Expect to see much more of MotoGP ’07 as its autumn release approaches, including details on who will be handling development – series veteran Climax had its racing studio acquired by Buena Vista Games in September 2006.
