THQ is planning to reveal an unannounced game at gamescom in Germany this August, core games boss Danny Bilson has told Eurogamer.
“I promise a big announcement at gamescom,” he said. “It’s unannounced, a new announcement.”
He refused to offer any firm info on the game, but did offer a clue.
“I can say that crowd, those hundreds of thousands of people, in that space at that time, this one’s built to announce at that place. I’ll say that. That’s my clue.”
Eurogamer is speculating that the new game could be Homeworld 3 from Relic, perhaps linking talk of “space” with the space-based RTS series.
