Choosing the right equipment for competitive gaming is a very personal experience, but it can also be incredibly daunting. With hundreds of options to choose from, it can be difficult to figure out the right choices for you, often leading to much trial and error. This means that often players will turn to the top players competing in the games such as Valorant and replicate their setups.

This approach can work, but it is worth bearing in mind that not every pros setup will work for you, but if a brand is popular then it could be worth taking a closer look at, and what brands the pros are using has been revealed.

This information comes from a ProSettings.net post on Reddit. If you want to check out the gear used for specific pros you can find out on the Pro Settings website.

The most used DPI is 800 with a zoom sensitivity of 1. When it comes to monitors, 1080p is still on top due to the high refresh rates with the most used polling rate being 1,000.

It is worth noting that the equipment listed doesn’t necessarily mean that it is the best choice for you as a player, as personal preference can vary from player to player. Some of the equipment may be used due to sponsorship requirements too so that should be kept in mind when choosing your setup for Valorant and other competitive games.

Finding the right gear that works for you will help you on your way to getting better at Valorant and perhaps one day you will be competing at the VCT Masters.
