Bethesda has rolled out a meaty patch for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Fallout 76, weighing in at 47GB and 48GB, respectively (via Eurogamer).

The post-apocalyptic online RPG isn't exactly hard drive-friendly, seeing as how the game takes up over 50GB on its own as it is. Add this patch into the mix, and you're basically downloading the equivalent of an entire game all over again.

'This update will be large compared to what we expect for patches going forward,' commented Bethesda. 'Regular updates will always vary in size, but future updates should be much smaller in comparison.'

Hopefully the update will make a lot of difference, as to say Fallout 76 has been a bit of a buggy mess since release is a bit of an understatement.

Fallout 76 is out now for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, although Josh came away less than impressed with Bethesda's online behemoth.
