According to Kotaku’s latest ‘PSN: By The Numbers’ feature, Sony’s PlayStation Network reached 25 million registered users this week. The gaming blog is quick to point out that this doesn’t equate to 25 million unique users, suggesting that number to be closer to 12-15 million.
Another statistical nugget is that users have made over 500 million downloads since PSN launched (games, wallpapers etc). And for those that care about this stuff, the Store currently houses 2,000 games, 1,900 movies and 9,000 TV episodes.
