The Witness, the new game from Braid creator Jonathan Blow, will launch for PS4 and PC on January 26, the man himself has announced.
A new trailer confirmed the date.
“We’ll be very happy to get the game out into the world, because we’ve been working on it a long time! We originally thought The Witness would be coming out toward the end of the PS4 launch window, but … there’s just been a lot to do. I think when the game is in your hands, you’ll find it to be intricate and deep, and also unlike anything else you have played,” wrote Blow on the PlayStation Blog.
Blow also revealed that the estimated game length has risen from 8 to 12 hours to a staggering 80 to 100 hours.
