Bandai Namco Games has announced that SoulCalibur VI will feature a guest appearance by The Witcher’s monster-slaying hero, Geralt of Rivia.

The grizzly hero will be voiced again by Doug Cockle, who has provided the English voiceover for Geralt in The Witcher video game franchise since its inception in 2007. Geralt will bring his signature brawling to SoulCalibur VI, with players able to slice up opponents with deadly melee attacks as well as wield a variety of combat magic and potions.

Fans of CD Projekt Red’s acclaimed fantasy-RPG series will also be chuffed to learn that Geralt will be accompanied by his own stage, Kaer Morhen, letting you duke it out in the School of Wolf’s iconic keep.

SoulCalibur VI is due for release on PS4, PC, and Xbox One in 2018.Â
