CD Projekt Red has revealed that The Witcher 3 will be getting a PlayStation 4 Pro update in a few days. The 4K update was originally announced at E3 2017 back in June, and it’ll also be getting an Xbox One X release later in the year.
During the CD Projekt Red financial report for the first half of this year, CD Projekt Red’s president and joint CEO, Adam KiciÅ„ski, confirmed that the PS4 Pro 4K update is very nearly done and good to go, saying that it would be released ‘in just a few days’, and this will be followed by an Xbox One X update due ‘by the end of the year.’ KiciÅ„ski followed this up by stating that The Witcher 3 was still, ‘selling phenomenally well.’
In other news, CD Projekt Red also announced that it continues to rake in money by the barrel load, with its net profit beating expectations by 21.5%. Not bad at all, that.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out now for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
