The first episode of The Walking Dead: Season 2 will release on December 17, according to the game’s Steam listing.
Though the date has yet to be formally announced by Telltale, the developer has previously confirmed that the first episode would release this month. It isn’t clear whether the game will release on other platforms, including Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita and iOS, on the same day.
Season 2 picks up “many months” after the events of the original season and continues the story of young survivor Clementine, promising to put players in “situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival.”
Players can pre-purchase the full season on Steam prior to release to receive an additional 10 per cent discount.
