Bloomberg has claimed that the long-rumoured cheaper Nintendo Switch model will launch 'by the end of June.'

Nintendo is also apparently looking to apply a ‘modest upgrade’ for the current version of the Switch this year, although a more powerful version of the console ‘is not in the works,' says Bloomberg's sources.

This is hardly the first time we've heard murmurs about a new Switch. Just last week, the Nikkei reported that a cheaper version of the console will arrive later in the year, as well as a complete revamp of the existing hardware.

Prior to that, the Wall Street Journal claimed that the Big N would be launching two new Switch models this year, one of which is said to pack 'enhanced features' and will be aimed at 'avid gamers.'

Whatever's happening, we'll hopefully find out something at E3.
