EA may have plans to roll out a Premium membership scheme for The Sims 4 offering members early access to exclusive items and three unannounced expansion packs.
A reference to The Sims 4 Premium was tucked away in the newest video for the game (spotted by Sim Goodie) where producers Ryan Vaughan and Graham Nardone walked players through over 15 minutes of new gameplay footage.
The reference to Premium, however, appears to be unintentional, with a note explaining the membership’s benefits appearing on-screen for just a second.

“Become a Premium member to get early access to 3 new packs, with exclusive items”, reads the note. “Your Sims can throw a spooky costume party, camp in the great outdoors, and toast to the new year in style.”
EA has yet to announce The Sims 4 Premium or detail any upcoming expansion packs. VideoGamer.com has contacted EA for comment.
