PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has been steadily drip-fed new updates over the past few weeks, with the latest patch now available to scoop up for PC owners of the multiplayer powerhouse title. Sadly it’s not all that exciting, but hey, like Rome wasn’t built in a day, PUBG isn’t going to be a completely bug-free time sink overnight.
Though brief, the latest update (via GameSpot) focuses on ironing out some minor issues with the every-man-for-himself shooter, including a pesky bug that lowered game performance when multiple players were crammed into the same area together.
Other fixes centre on removing an issue where a player’s movement was stopped and instantly adjusted, while another squashed an issue that resulted in iffy character movement during replays.
PUBG remains one of the most popular titles currently doing the rounds on PC and Xbox One, with the latter version notching up a staggering three million players to date. Developer PUBG Corp. also recently patched the Xbox One edition in a continued effort to polish up the console version of the game, which got off to a messy start last month.
