The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds for 3DS will do away with tradition and allow players to tackle dungeons in whichever order they choose, Nintendo has announced.

In addition Nintendo announced that many of the most essential items at Link’s disposal in the game will be available early on at a shop run by a character named Ravio (not Nibbit as some had believed). These items can be rented or bought before embarking into a dungeon.

Nintendo says these two new additions to the Zelda formula give players more freedom to explore the way they want to.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds will launch for 3DS on November 22.
