Bandai Namco has announced the release date for the first release in their upcoming The Dark Pictures anthology, with Man of Medan confirmed for launch this August.
In case you need a refresher, Man of Medan comes from Supermassive Games, who were responsible for the excellent Until Dawn back in 2015. This time you'll have the fate in your hands of five friends who go on a holiday diving trip exploring an abandoned WWII wreck. Things quickly go south aboard the spooky ship, and you've got to try and get as many – or as few – of the doomed teens through the night's events.
There's no word yet on what the next episode in the Dark Pictures anthology will be, although a trademark was recently filed for the name House of Ashes. Dark Pictures: Man of Medan is set to release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on August 30.
