Rocksteady is aiming to deliver a batsuit based on Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy to Batman: Arkham Knight by the end of the year, game director Sefton Hill has revealed.

The team doesn’t yet seem sure which suit players would rather see, however, asking fans whether they’d prefer the outfit from Batman Begins or follow-up The Dark Knight.

“We’ve had a lot of requests for the batsuit to go with the Tumbler,” Hill tweeted last night. “We hear you so we’re going to make it happen!”

“Warning: the suits take a very long time to build because of the insane amount of detail. Expect it near the end of the year. Would you prefer to see Begins or TDK batsuit? Let us know!”

The announcement follows the launch of Batman: Arkham Knight’s Tumbler DLC yesterday, which introduces the batmobile from Nolan’s trilogy of films and a pair of “movie-inspired tracks”. The DLC is available on PS4 and Xbox One for £1.69.

A range of other DLC is also due within the coming weeks, including a new story pack featuring Nightwing next Tuesday, September 29, and a Catwoman story pack in October.
