Resistance: Fall of Man has once again come under attack from The Church of England, this time following the game’s inclusion in the BAFTAs. The Dean of Manchester Cathedral, the Very Rev Rogers Govender, has asked BAFTA to remove the controversial game from the list of nominations for the upcoming award ceremony.

Resistance hit the headlines back in June after outrage that Manchester Cathedral was depicted in the game as a backdrop to gun violence.
