Atari, Eden and Microsoft are hard at work on creating a Live product update for Test Drive Unlimited. While the game has been well received by driving fans, it seems that the retail release suffers from a few problems, and the product update should resolve a large number of them. Test Drivers will also be pleased to hear that the game’s server capacity is being increased, which will reduce connection issues and improve performance.

For those of you who’ve already downloaded an update for the game, that wasn’t the major update, but a fix to close a number of exploits that have been discovered.

For a full rundown on the problems that should be resolved when the update is released, head over to the game’s official forums.
