Developed by Tecmo, Project Zero 3 immerses the player in the tormented life of Rei Kurosawa, a cursed young woman tortured by guilt and plagued by dreams that blur the lines between reality and nightmares. She is haunted by visions of her dead fiancèe and discovers a tattoo which is spreading over her body.
The game features three playable characters, each with unique abilities that need to be utilised in order to complete the game. Helping Rei fight off deadly ghosts and to solve the mystery of her tattoo are journalist Kei Amakura, and Miku, who returns from the original Project Zero game, with new insights into her story.
The game will be released in Europe on February 24, 2006 for PlayStation 2.
