Tactical Intervention, the new multiplayer shooter from Counter-Strike co-creator Minh “Gooseman” Le, will be released worldwide on Steam in August.

“Dear Fans of Tactical Intervention, I have some exciting news for you,” Gooseman wrote on the game’s official Facebook page.

“Tactical Intervention is soon to be released worldwide! It gives me great pleasure to announce that together with games publisher 1337 Games, the game will be made available on Steam this summer.”

A countdown on the game’s official website suggests the release date will be in 50 days.

Gooseman added: “We’d like to extend special thanks to the players who gave us such helpful feedback. It is your dedication and support that has made it possible for us to make the T.I. experience even better! We all look forward to opening up the servers and diving back into the game.”
