Modern Warfare Remastered “is a thing”, according to Call of Duty streamer Syndicate.
Syndicate, whose real name is Tom Cassell, took to Twitter this morning to say: “Listen to me when I say I can confirm Modern Warfare remastered is a thing!”
He also replied to an Infinity Ward tweet referencing a quote from the Modern Warfare series with the word “HYPE”.
Rumours of Modern Warfare Remastered re-emerged yesterday after an image of an alleged reservation card for this year’s Call of Duty, rumoured to be called Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, appeared online. The image is believed to show the cover of the game’s Legacy Edition, which reportedly includes “Modern Warfare Remastered”.
Activision has yet to formally announce either title.
