SWAT 4’s first expansion is set to arrive in Q1 2006 and will come with a host of new levels, weapons and enhancements. Entitled ‘The Stetchkov Syndicate’, the expansion will pit the SWAT team up against the most dangerous criminals the game has seen, the Stetchkov syndicate.
The expansion will include seven new single and multiplayer levels, Voice over IP for increased player communication, ten player coop (two teams of five), a new multiplayer mode called Smash & Grab, new weapons and equipment, stat tracking and much more.
The release is still some months away, but Vivendi have been kind enough to release some screens of the expansion. We’ll have more on the game later in the year.
