First-person puzzle-shooter Superhot is coming to Xbox One on May 3, designer Cezary Skorupka has announced.

Skorupka confirmed the date on an ID@Xbox livestream last night, stating that the date is “rock solid” and that “nothing will change. This is the day you will play Superhot on Xbox One”.

Originally released on PC, Superhot puts a unique spin on first-person shooting by slowing down time while the player stands still, forcing them to evaluate the position of enemies and bullets and move through the level without being shot.

Tom called it a “unique”, “exciting” and “stylish” shooter in his 9/10 review, saying that it had potential to become an “indie classic”. A price for the Xbox One version has yet to be announced.
