Nintendo UK has revealed on Twitter that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now the fastest-selling home console game from the platform holder in Europe of all time.
It's probably not a surprise. The latest Smash Bros. game has been selling like hot cakes around the world, moving three million copies in 11 days in the US and also performing well in its native Japan.
Rich thought Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was an absolute corker, so you should probably snap it up, sharpish.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate offers the biggest roster in the series to date, featuring every single character seen to date plus a bunch of new additions. While you would have thought this would please folk, some people are still pissed off that Waluigi didn't make the cut. Oh well.
Thank you for making Super #SmashBrosUltimate the fastest-selling Nintendo home console game of all time in Europe! pic.twitter.com/Tx6MfBuPUt
