Super Mario 3D World will be released this December for Wii U, Nintendo has announced.
The game continues the 3D Land series started on 3DS and offers up to four-player cooperative play with Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Peach.
A new Cat Mario power-up has also been detailed, which makes it possible to climb walls and scratch enemies with claws.
Vehicles were also shown in Nintendo’s E3 demo.
