Despite its rocky launch and previous delay to the upcoming Season of Frozen Hearts, we don’t have to wait much longer for the Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League season 2 start time. Rocksteady Studios has been preparing for the big update to the ongoing game and we have a lot of new content to look forward to in the free update. Rockstead announced the Season of Frozen Hearts and its planned content a while ago, but now the date has arrived. We might not know when the patch goes live, but we do know when the servers go offline to deploy the update.

When does Suicide Squad Season of Frozen Hearts come out?

At the time of writing, we know that Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League season 2 will go live on Thursday, 25 July 2024. The developers have confirmed this release date earlier this month and we also know that the game’s servers will go offline at 11am BST today to deploy the patch. When the servers go down, the game will be unplayable for an unknown number of hours until the update has been deployed. This downtime was confirmed by the official Suicide Squad Twitter account.

In the past, server downtime has typically lasted two to three hours, but it will be done when it’s done. This downtime can vary between updates and it depends on how much is being added. Since this is a brand-new season, we could probably expect the game to be offline for three hours. When the game comes back online, the download will be available across all platforms.
