Stike Suit Zero, the space action game from Born Ready Games, will be released for PC on January 24, following a successful stint on Kickstarter to secure additional funding of $174,804.

The Kickstarter backing means Born Ready will offer XedMod, a lightweight version of Xed, the development toolset used to create the game. This will be shared with the community as promised for reaching the first stretch goal.

James Brooksby, CEO at Born Ready Games said: “We are truly grateful for all the support we’ve received and above all else want to thank the community. Their support has meant we’re now able to make the game we’d always envisioned, and we can’t wait for our fans to get their hands on it”

Beta access to Strike Suit Zero – for those who pledged $50 or more on Kickstarter – is set to begin in early December.
